Habitat Choptank is doing great work in our community, building homes, community and hope, and has been for 30 years. I began my journey with Habitat Choptank in early 2019 and have seen lives changed by the opportunities provided through Habitat's Homebuyer Program, Critical Home Repair Program and Housing Counseling Services.  Every day the focus is on improved housing outcomes for members of our local communities.  Yes, there is the swinging of hammers and the driving of nails, but the work builds so much more than a house.  There truly is hope built and reflected in the eyes of a first generation homebuyer receiving the keys to their very own home.  Dignity in the eyes of an aging homeowner receiving repair services so they can continue to live at home.  The saying goes no one can do everything, but everyone can do something.  I am humbly asking that you would consider contributing to Habitat's $30 for 30 campaign as we continue the mission for many more years to come.
